Education for Enlightenment & Empowerment
The Archdiocese is committed to providing quality education, including life skills, to poor and vulnerable children belonging to Dalit, Adivasi and Minority communities across nine civil districts of Odisha: Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Boudh, Khurda, Cuttack, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Puri and Jagatsinghpur.
The Archdiocese also strives to promote girls' education and provide focused support to children with special needs. Education is viewed as a powerful means of building an inclusive, enlightened and empowered society.
To realise this vision, the Archdiocese has established schools in habitations lacking adequate educational infrastructure and facilities. CRCDC also provides school improvement support and free teaching-learning materials.
The Archdiocese operates schools through its own institutions and religious societies. The following is a list of schools associated with the Archdiocese.
